This notice explains what we collect, why, and what control you have. We collect as little as possible.
1. What we collect
- Divination inputs — date, time and place of birth; a name; a question you type. Birth data is personal data, and where it is used to compute a chart it is processed on the basis of your request (contract / consent).
- Purchase data — order id, product, amount and status. We never see or store your card details; payment is handled entirely by our merchant of record.
- Technical data — IP address, browser type and pages viewed, for security, abuse prevention and aggregate analytics.
2. What we do not do
- We do not sell your data, ever.
- We do not use your birth data for advertising or profiling.
- We do not send your personal data to third parties except as needed to deliver the service (see below).
3. AI processing
To generate a written interpretation, the computed chart (stems, branches, hexagram, cards, numbers) is sent to our AI provider. Your name and exact birth details are not required for this step and are minimised where possible. The provider processes it to return text and does not use it to train models on our account settings.
4. Retention
Readings and their inputs are kept only as long as needed to give you access to what you purchased. Free readings are not retained beyond your session where technically possible. You may request deletion at any time.
5. Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR and UK GDPR) you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, and to object to processing. To exercise any of these, email hello@renzhikaogu.site — we will respond within 30 days.
6. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies only: your language choice and, if you purchase, your access grant. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
